Bond Ace from Seiwa is a Japanese water-based vinyl acetate adhesive for leather. It bonds strongly, dries transparent and hard, and stays repositionable during application — perfect for precise leatherwork on wallets, belts, small accessories and patching.
Before application, remove any dirt or oil from the bonding surface. Apply a thin, even layer to both surfaces. Press together while still wet — the glue does not set instantly, so you can adjust the position for accurate alignment. Maintain firm pressure for several minutes using clamps, weights or by hand. Leave undisturbed for 24 hours to fully cure.
Store the container tightly closed in a cool, dark place to prevent hardening. Not waterproof — avoid exposing finished work to water. Not suitable for metals, plastics, rubber or waterproof materials.
